Wellbeing Minder pride ourselves on being inclusive and that means we celebrate diversity, and extend our 'therapeutic support' offerings to include counselling services to NDIS participants in Campbelltown and surrounding areas.
What is the NDIS about?
The NDIS (The National Disabilty Insurance Scheme) aims to ensure that all of those whom are suffering from a disability have the supports necessary to realize their full potential. The principles of NDIS are founded on basic human rights, and assists people with disability to live ‘an ordinary life’.
Participants can use their funding to fully realise their potential, by exercising their right to choice and control, to participate in and contribute to society, and to have a say in their own future.
How can we help?
As counsellors, this means there is an opportunity to provide assistance to those who would not normally have access to counsellors. We support the delivery of high quality, person centred supports that are engaging, practical and fun, to help NDIS participants achieve their goals and aspirations. In addition we are also committed to enabling strong links with other mainstream services to increase social and economic participation.
