This is 6 week program customised to teach you the why, how, where and who of anger. Anger hurts you and those you love, but it doesn't have to be that way. Learn the theory and practice of anger management so that you do not react. You will learn how to identify influences, triggers, and apply proven strategies to gain control and respond intelligently to the situation at hand. (Court mandated participants are welcome. A certificate will be available to you after successful completion of the 6 week course).
